Included in these services are both graphic design and digitizing capabilities. I can work from your current logo or design a completely new one for you. I have several years of graphic design experience and will work with you to find just what you need to successfully promote your business or organization. Pricing information below Samples:
SCREENPRINTING INFORMATION
I offer a variety of screenprinting capabilities and products. If you don't see it here, please email me and ask if I can do it.
I have a 12 piece minimum on all orders & re-orders.
Minimum can be met by choosing several different items to be printed on as long as the design & ink color remains the same. For example: You can choose to have 6 t-shirts, 2 sweatshirts, 2 denim shirts and 2 totes printed and as long as the ink color remains the same and the design is the same size this would meet the minimum order.
Setup costs are as follows:
$25/hour for design time
$20/screen setup (Each color in a design requires a separate screen)
I keep the screens for 6 months and design files for 2 years. If you re-order within 6 months no further setup fees will be charged unless you change the design.
Printing Costs:
Based on 48 pieces or less. Price breaks occur as follows, at the following quantities, and apply to printing cost only: 48-100pc =10%discount, 100+pc =15% discount.
Printing is $1.50 per color, per location, per print. + the item cost.
This means if you have a 1 color printing on an item in 1 location the printing charges will be $1.50/item + the cost of the item.
If you want 2 colors in printed on 1 design the charge would be $3 + item cost. If you have a 1 color print, and want it printed on both the front and back of an item (t-shirt) the charge would be $3 (1 color - 2 locations) + item cost.

- 5-6oz. 100% Cotton T-shirt with 1 color printing - $6.50/ea
-9oz. Sweatshirt with 1 color printing - $12.00/ea
-8-9oz Hooded Sweatshirt w/ 1 color printing - $17.50/ea
-6oz. Long Sleeve Denim Shirt - 1 color print - $15.00/ea
-Quilt Labels - 12"x12" Area as many labels as will fit - $1.50/print.
(This does not include the fabric, as prices vary widely, minimum is 12 prints or appx 48-72 labels)

To calculate the price for multiple color printing add $1.50/color to the prices above.
DYE SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Dye Sublimation Printing is a process that will allow me to put a photorealistic image onto a variety of items, with little to no 'plastic feel' left on them.
This works great for promotional items such as key chains, mousepads, ID tags, mugs, and textile products. The products must have a polymer or polyester base or have a special polymer coating that has been applied. Because the dyes are transparent all printing must be done on a white or ash colored background.
These items have a 12 piece minimum except for t-shirts and sweatshirts which have a 6 piece minimum. This process is ideal for short runs of a design, or if your design changes frequently.
Setup:
$20/hour design time
Printing:
$3.50/ print + cost of item for print size 7X9" upto 13x13" (LARGE)
$0.75/print + item cost for print size upto 3x3" (SMALL)

EMBROIDERY SERVICES
I offer a complete line of embroidery services, including digitizing your design or a design we have decided on together. I also have access to stock designs and can customize them to incorporate your company information. Embroidered designs can be stitched onto a variety of items including hats, shirts, jackets, totes, or even quilt labels.
Minimums are 12 pieces that will be embroidered with the same design, with the exception of lettering only designs. Lettering only designs have no minimums.
In addition to embroidery services for businesses and other organizations, I will also do custom emboidery of quilt blocks (such as wedding parties and dates, birth announcements, etc.) as well as individual quilt labels.
Setup:
$25/hour digitizing & design time.
Pricing:
-Multiple or Custom Design Stitching
Stitching prices are $1.25 per 1000 stitches based on the number of stitches in each design. Your average left chest sized design will have 3-5000 stitches in it. Add this to your garment/item cost and you will have your total.
-Lettering Only Stitching
This is the type of pricing that is used when individual names are embroidered onto garments to personalize them or if you wanted to have an item embroidered with a particular event's information, such as weddings, births, graduations, etc.
The cost is $0.40/letter + $1.00 for each thread color change & $3 minimum.
